Circuit Training

If you’re looking to get in the best shape of your life and tone your body at the same time circuit training is for you.  Tons of celebrities are doing circuit training to get toned and in shape fast. Circuit Training is a form of conditioning combining resistant training and high-intensity cardio. Circuit Training is a type of workout that involves moving from one exercise to another, each exercise working a different muscle group until each muscle has been worked. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all reps in a set along with the cardio exercise. You do 15 reps of three different exercises to complete one circuit. For example you can do five minutes of cardio and then do 3 sets of any of your favorite 3 muscle toning exercise to do one circuit. For a complete workout  repeat circuit  at least five times–For Every circuit change the muscle toning exercises so that you workout all muscles. The purpose is to keep the heart rate elevated.  This technique is a great way to get in shape fast while toning your muscles.
